hey im a new member here..some background info.
built this machine not too long ago. using xp64. AM2 3800 cpu. 1gig ddr800 ram. onboard video and sound.
anyway..
just out of no where my sound stopped working, but not entirely. i can listen to stuff on itunes and certain webpages. but stuff like youtube sound and AIM sounds dont work! i dont get any startup sounds or anything either.
i tried reinstalling my realtek drivers but no dice.
any help is greatly appreciated!
