ok i am having a problem when i am on the internet MSN videos wont play like volume will come out and everythign but the video screen is just all green and scrambled or somethign but i can play youtube videos and stuff fine. when i was installing our new internet providers stuff internet explorer started running with no add ons but i made it run with them agian and i turned on all of them and still the msn videos wont play what is wrong?
