To "fix" this, Musk will just convince Trump that the FAA has no business regulating SpaceX or its rockets, or worse yet, they will simply close down the FAA so that there is no oversight.

And then when people get killed riding this thing into space, Musk will blame it on an engineer or assembly person.

Why? Because if this thing never flies, NASA's future moon mission plans will be delayed at best. NASA has put all its eggs in the Starship basket for moon missions.

While it's a shame the rocket blew up twice in a row, it has nothing to do with Elon himself. Elon isn't the one building the rockets, he's simply paying for them. It's his money, who cares what he does with it? He's not hurting anybody by continuing the Starship program. Rather, it's creating jobs.
