Spyware - everywhere

Please help..

I have spyware ads popping up everywhere and my desktop has now changed to a warning about spyware.

I have McAfee and thought it would keep me from getting this....

I tried to read the instructions to get this off but got stuck at #1 - I am pretty bad at this stuff.

Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions

STEP1:
Malware Removal: Temporarily Disable Real Time Monitoring Programs.

This means turn of your Antivirus or any other Spyware program you have installed (and is providing real time protection)

As it may interfere with the process

Thanks for the quick response. It is 3 in the morning here and I am so worried about this that I can't sleep :-(

I think I will see if my husband and I can get through this in the morning....

I am very nervous.
