Steam Connection problem

Every steam game I have ( even mods like Garry's Mod and Insurgency ) won't let me connect to any servers besides the ones I create with bots.

When I try to connect to a server it says "Client Dropped By Server"

I tried disabling my firewall to try and see if it was blocking connection, it didn't fix it and I also tried to reinstall, nothing fixes it

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I can connect to other online games like Company of Heros

1) some firewalls do not fully open-up when they are disabled

2) Steam has two port ranges that need to be port forwarded to your lan address

27000-27015 and
27020-27050​

I think i had this problem once, and i think i used them port ranges!
