My newly build pc is always stuck in the boot up process where f2, f9 ,f12, and del shows up, and whenever I press any key there except del key(del key is working I think it's for bios) it will loading a bit then freeze. I have my flash drive with os plugged in. TIA sry can't post a picture, it's too large.

So much can go wrong on a new build and with someone who is not experienced. There are lots of guides out there and I can link one I made on the Gigabyte website for Ryzen builds (since they are all the rage now). Perhaps you could give us a parts list. What you are using there? How did you decide which components to use? If it all sounds too hard you could always get on Social Media and ask if there are any good small computer shops in your area?
