Sunbelt VIPRE - Good? Bad? Ugly?

Anyone here have experience with Sunbelt's VIPRE Enterprise antivirus/antimalware program? Does it coexist nicely with MalwareBytes Professional? What are its performance hits, false positives, and virus stop-rate relative to other enterprise anti-virus programs? I'm considering VIPRE when I abandon McAfee Enterprise. I'd be open to other recommendations for enterprise-level software as well, particularly if it works with MalwareBytes Pro.
