Hows it going?

I have recently been noticing that on my router there is alot of activity between my computer and WAN, even when I'm not using it. So I checked with netstat, and sure enough I have hundreds of connections going out on all kinds of different ports. I have provided a picture and did not blank any of them out.

I installed spyware doctor, in which I have used before and recommended to many, and it picked up some low priority infections like cookies and a tracker.
After wiping that crap off, I am still getting this HUGE report from netstat that I find very unusual.

Some one has told me to scan for Codered 1 & 2 in which I already have, and i have also scanned with AVG

Use "netstat -b" (or the excellent TCPView utility from Sysinternals) to see which process(es) the connections belong to.
