Generic Host Process for Win32 Services encountered a problem and needed to close.

This has been happening for the past three days, it pops up about every 30 minutes and I want it to stop! What is the problem?? When I am playing BF2 it always minimizes to show me this message. It isn't BF2 that is causing the problem becuase it shows this even when it is not running. It isn't my firewall because it never had done this before and the firewall is at the same settings. I don't know if it is a virus or spyware... I've scanned with AVG anti virus and nothing showed up, I am currently scanning with AVG Anti-Spyware... What is wrong???

Here are the error signatures:

szAppName : svchost.exe szAppVer : 5.1.2600.2180 szModName : msi.dll
szModVer : 3.1.4000.2435 offset : 00012780

There is a file "svchost.exe" named the generic host process for win32 services that is legitimate. I'm pretty sure that this is the legitimate version, although there can be malware with the same name. Please post a HJT log as an attachment into this thread (as per these instructions). Then we can see whether or not malware is causing the problem.

Regards :)
