Syncing EarPhones to IPhone 11

Hoping to get some help Syncing my Wiress Klipsch ear bud headphones to my iPhone 11, , Tried even at Geek Squad and no help there.
The problem is it will only syncs. one. at a time

Sync and paired several times, also re-set them. The Geek Squad did the same with no luck. I guess I'll have to check with apple, at least I have a store here in Calgary AB that I can actually get into lol. Thanks for your suggestion though.
