System Error

Getting this error on a XPSP2.

System Error (102)

Error code 100000d1, parameter1 00000028, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 f70c5836.

I am having trouble figuring out what the problem is. Can someone take a look at my minidump?

dne2000.sys: Deterministic NDIS Extender (DNE) or Deterministic Networks VPN driver

TM_CFW.SYS: Related to Trend Micro OfficeScan software

Try either:
Uninstalled the VPN client and removed the dne2000.sys file
Re-install (if required) the newest version

or

Un-install Trend Pc-Cillin
Re-install (if required) the newest version

Or both !
