K kevblah Jul 18, 2005 #1 I need help. When I press CTRL + ALT + DEL, the task manager does not come up. I have typed taskmgr in run and it says that ANOTHER PROGRAM IS CURRENTLY USING THIS FILE. I restarted computer several times and it still did not work. Please help me.
