Task Manager Not Working

The task manager (XP) doesn't have a bar on the top with the tabs. I think it is like this cuz i accidentally and ended process SVCHOST.exe. Any idea how i can get the tabs on the top back?

Double click the border of the task manager that SHOULD solve your problem.
