please let me know what to do next thanks justin

Welcome to TechSpot! I will help you to determine what the problem is.

I have deleted your other thread wit 'Step 4. It was a duplicate of the Malwarebytes log you have here. What you are missing is the additional log from DDS named Attach.txt.. Please paste that into this thread. All logs and discussion of this problem will take place here, on this thread.

Regarding bad image. Please give me information about this. What are you trying to do when you get the 'bad image' message? Is there more to the message than these 2 words? Is there any other problem with the system at this time?

c:\PROGRA~1\google\GOOGLE~1\GOEC62~1.DLL is the Google Desktop.

I see this entry in the log: AppInit_DLLs: c:\progra~1\google\google~1\GOEC62~1.DLL

Uninstall the Google Desktop in Add/Remove Programs and see if this resolved the issue. If it doesn't, there is a Registry entry I can have you remove.
=====================================
Download HijackThis http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/hijackthis/HijackThis.zipand save to your desktop.
  • Extract it to a directory on your hard drive called c:\HijackThis.
  • Then navigate to that directory and double-click on the hijackthis.exe file.
  • When started click on the Scan button and then the Save Log button to create a log of your information.
  • The log file and then the log will open in notepad. Be sure to click on Format> Uncheck Word Wrap when you open Notepad
  • Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log.
  • Come back here to this thread and paste (Ctrl+V) the log in your next reply.

NOTE: Do NOT have HijackThis fix anything yet! Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.
