The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck

Built my computer around 2 months ago from ground up and never had any issues, today I left the house for 2 hours and when I got back I found it shut off, turned it on and this was the error I got. Please helm me understand what this error means and why it did this

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0xfffff88007520638, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000008, 0xfffff88007520638). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 100813-12651-01.

Go to C:\windows\minidump. Minidump files have a .dmp extension. Select all the .dmp files. Right click, sending the files to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload that folder as a file here
