Purchased Windows 11 Pro from TechSpot

I Purchased the Windows 11 Pro license from TechSpot today. When I installed it it appeared to go well until the end when I Got the error message "We can’t activate Windows on this device because the product key was already used on another device. If you think it wasn’t used on another device, select Troubleshoot below. Error code: 0xC004C008”.

Ok, I was warned that might possibly happen when I got the message from TechSpot that said "Heads up! A small number of customers run into a "used key" error message during the redemption process. After clicking the link to get the "support team, to help me quickly fix the issue" I just got into a runaround and no help. The response I got was "

Thank you for submitting your request. Our team is reviewing your order details and will reach out to setup your replacement order shortly.


Note: We require proof of the damage or defect claimed before your return can be processed. If you have not already uploaded proof that your order was damaged or defective, you may attach any photo or video documentation to this email."

I explained all of this in an email to the "support team" and am waiting for the "quick help". They were quick to process my payment - seconds - but not so quick with any "help".
Since I can't get anything done I decided to vent in this forum. I am sure this will not survive here but.....
