These are the most pirated movies and TV shows of 2014

I have to "watch" online the shows because:
a) The time it gets aired is not the same we get to see it.
b) I can't afford to stay up late to watch a show, nor I have the time to watch it when they want to pass it on cable.

So for me at least is not a matter of money, time is way more expensive.

And by your own example those who pirate are those who couldn't afford to begin with. So in all honesty who is being hurt, if there would have never been a sale at all?

Awesome, so by that stupidity I can then steal your work (guessing you have a job but I could be wrong) and get paid for it. It's not like I'm hurting you and if you get laid off because of it, heh I honestly don't care about you so whatever....

Disney movies like Frozen. I understand... when you have obnoxious kids and you need something fast to entertain them I think ethics go out the window. It also doesn't help that Disney keeps copies of their movies at high prices even if they are very old Disney movies. So I am guessing they are still doing pretty good if they can afford to keep prices at a high level.

I don't buy television shows simply because if I seen them once that is all I need. It is going to have to be several years before I revisit something I have already seen and only at that point because I forgot most everything.

Regular movies on the other hand. No problem at all buying on blu-ray. After months on the market I can usually pick them up somewhere between $5-$10
