Hi, a friend recently got Tiscali broadband. The modem came (Speedstream 4100) and I set it all up. The light for the DSL connection is lit so Im assuming that the phone line has been enabled for broadband.
However, after running the installation disc I cannot get a connection. For some reason its not picking up the Broadband modem, onlt the original dial up on installed on the PC. I have tried searching for the driver or software for the Siemens Speedstream 4100 on the net but cant find any downloads anywhere.
Does anyone know what the problem might be?
