Tormented PC from Sunny Brazil!

Please help me with my latest Computer problem.
here in brazil, things seem a bit tougher (with the annoying portuguese ads, etc.)

Please refer to my hijackthis log.

I'm having a huge problem with a file window that pops up saying that

"The instruction at "0x01573eee" referenced memory at "0x0181b000". The memory could not be "read". It has winlogon.exe - Application Error as its title.

Also, multiple ads keep popping up...

I've tried a lot of things and they all don't seem to work.

First go HERE and follow the instructions.

Then go HERE and do likewise.

Post a fresh HJT log, only after doing the above.
