hi, I've managed to reformat the computer, my pc supplier showed me how, so the computer is back to its default factory state, I am installing all the windows updates and Norton Updates, I've also updated and installed Malwarebytes again and I ran a scan on that which came up clean, still updating stuff.
I'm not sure about the error myself, I've never encountered one like that before and I wasn't trying to do anything, it just crashed, so I restarted it then I got an error.
But now I've reset it it appears perfectly fine, would you like me to post some scan logs for you? Though i imagine It should be very clean now.
