Trouble switching off junkmail filters in Outlook

Hi there,

I have a problem switching off the junkmail filters in Outlook. If I switch off the junkmail filters all my mail still goes in junkmail. What should I do??? Please help...

Check in the Rules. Sometimes the junkmail filter sets up rules that when you turn it off it won't get rid of the rules. That could be your problem.
