TV display question for the ATI 2900 XT Sapphire card

Hi,

i want to be able to watch my movies on my Tv, using a S-video cable i plug my tv to my video card.

in the options i can :

-Extend Main onto TV
-Swap display mapping
-Clone Desktop 1 with TV
-Strech horizontally or vertically onto Tv

the problem is that the resolution on my Tv can't be higher than 1024x768 and the resolution of my pc is 1280x1024, so i can't see the whole image if i'm playin the movie full screen, i tried all thoses options and none seem to be able to solve my problem, can you help me fix this problem ?

Can't you change the PC resolution to 1024x768?

yeah i could but i was wandering if there is another solution, now the only solution i see is to change my res everytime i want to watch a movie

Sorry. I didn't answer sooner because I don't know of any solution except to change the PC resolution and was waiting for someone else to offer a suggestion.
