U.S. Robotics Modem 3CP5699A PCI For W98

I am having much difficulty in obtaining drivers for my U.S. Robotics Fax\Modem 3CP5699A PCI for Windows95\98. It is shown as available on all the different Download sites, but when I click on Download, it takes me to a "Site not available" window, even here on TechSpot!

If anyone has the drivers for this application, it would be much appreciated!!! :grinthumb
