Un responsive Zen microphoto

Hi All
Anybody familiar with the Zen micro photo? I went to turn mine on and all the music was missing. It will not let me reload any music in it even after I went to the web site and preformed all the cleanup & firmware and reboot sequences, got nothing. Also when I did the clean up it scans till 35% and stops. Pretty sure it should go to 100%. IT turns on, boost up and all the screens come up but there is no music stored in any of them. Any help would be great.

it sounds as though there is a fault with the player's memory

Any idea if I can fix it myself orrrrrr need to take it in

it depends, does it have flash memory or a hard drive? if it has a hard drive then you can replace it, if it has flash memory then it's pretty much done for

i think that hte zen micro's have flash memory but i can't remember what all the creative player models are
