Unable activate google account

I have been trying to create a google account in order to start a webcast setting on
my name. I have tried every way to fill out the form and information I have been
asked so far. I may have changed my user name and ID twice in order to get thru.
I am frustrated by now. Can you please find an easy solution. ASAP.
