Unable to access control panel (did my homework)

I am unable to access control panel. I read the 8 steps to happiness and have done what was asked. Please see the three attached logs.

I also cannot change the date or time on my laptop.

I'm running windows xp.

Is no one responding because it's a boring old problem.... or it's just too difficult to figure out?

Or did I do something wrong?

the MBAM log did find and correct some issues and will/did remove what it found upon rebooting -- DID YOU?

the Super* did nothing

I'm looking at the hijack log now ...

I couldn't tell any difference after rebooting. But I was looking at similar posts and found a way to turn on the control panel manually. I did that and can access the features now. But I'm worried that there may be additional infection elsewhere since it didn't resolve the problem.
