Unable to clean Win32/Heur

Hello,
I have been struck by the Win32/Heur virus and I have run AVG Free 8 several times and each time it continues to find the virus. I have followed the 8 step guide as well as a specific thread on this topic. I have attached several log files for analysis. Does this virus do any specific damage or is it just annoying?

SAS just finished running so here is the log file.

Kaspersky just finished scanning and found many Win32 threats plus several other trojan horses.

Log file attached.

Hopefully that is the last of the log files necessary to help me diagnose.
