Unable to connect to any online games after a trojan

last month Idk how i recived a trojan that wouldnt let me open anything saying the file was corruped or something around those lines, I went to safe mode and opened malwarebytes and super antispyware and got rid of the trojan, But since then i havnt ben able to play anygames online and cannot connect to stuff like steam.

Im a bit of a noob with fixing stuff so any help will be great thanks

You might need to check to see if anything like Adobe flash player has not been corrupted when you play games on line you need things like flash player, shockwave and silverlight so I would try downloading them and see how you go.

would they matter with things such as wow, bad company 2 etc

I'd first try resetting your IE settings (malware may screw them up) http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737

If that doesn't work, have the malware guys (and gals) check you out to see you're all clean (as something may still be corrupt). Follow the 8 steps provided here. Create a new thread in the Malware removal forum. Be sure you PASTE all your logs (do not attach them)

I have fixed the problem

If anyone has the same problem just download Microsoft fix it that seem to fix all my problems
