uninstalled intel graphics driver

today on my desktop pc i accedentlly uninstalled my intel graphics driver.
Now when i load up my computer i dont see the windows xp name or anything PLZ HELP ME FIX THIS IM DESPERATE!!
i finally just got on the internet
and got to this page now i just need to know how to fix this wat should i do?

If you can get into safe mode ok, try the last known good config option. If that doesn`t work boot back into safe mode and try doing a system restore to before the problem occured.
