Uninstalling a specific driver

Hey,

I just went into the performance settings in my computer and it said that drivers are interfering with windows resuming from sleep mode.

I have attached an image, could anyone tell me how to get rid of this?

Some drivers cannot be removed, but they can be disabled, or they can be overwritten. You can access and deal with them in System->Hardware->Device Manager.
