Upgrading b110

I am not sure, but I have the Dell b110, can I upgrade the current processor to a p4, actually, i think i can although i have a celeron 2.53 but i think the motherboard has a fsb of 533 and a socket n (478), any ht in my future by chance?

I think it would support a 3.06 HT processor.
