Upgrading from Home Premium to Business

My boss recently purchased a Vista Upgrade to Business for his notebook that is currently running Vista Home Premium. Will this require a clean install, or is it even possible to upgrade to Business? I have since been told that Home Premium can only upgrade to Ultimate. Is this accurate? If so, I may be having to break the legs of the HP tech who convinced him to go with Business.

AFAIK, you can only upgarde Home Basic to Premium and everything else to Ultimate.

See if you can convenice him/her to regress back to XP/Pro.

ALL major companies are refusing to move to Vista (any form) as there's too
little benefit and too much change.
