Verizon DSL not working

Yesterday we changed the password on our home DSL (wireless ) service. A few hours later, we get a signal that the wireless in working on our 2 mac laptops but no service. the Verizon troubleshooting website only supports Windows, and I am hesitant to call and wait on hold for what is probably a pretty simple problem to solve. any advice?

Verizon is your best tech support option. They also have online support options that will enable you to resolve all problems. You can also re-run the Verison install disc.
