Video Issue!!

Hi dears friends!!

I'm having a little problem with an AMD PC, the video is not working, the pc turn on all the lights in the cpu and in the monitor, i tried replacing the memori stick, i tried with a video card(i think it's broken, because i tried in others pc and it didn't work).

I think it is a motherboard problem, in others words the integrated video it's broken, or the CPU is bad , i wanna hear your opinion about this issue.

First thing we need is all your specs, and if you can open up your pc and get your psu wattage and theh amps on the 12v rail that'd help too.
