Virus or something... please help

You`re not running any antivirus or firewall software and you`re running HJT from the wrong location and haven`t renamed it.
Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.
If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.
Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.
Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as Attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
Also, let me know the results of the Panda Antirootkit scan.

You had a McAfee suite with AV- then- what did you do with it? And you were also referred to the current version of HijasckThis .then. It sure would be good to know that when help is given, not only do you end up with a clean system, but it becomes a learning experience to help you keep your system clean. You cannot do that without running an AV program.
