Virus/spyware won't let me update SAS/MBAM/Anything

Virus/spyware won't let me update SAS/MBAM/Anything
What should I do?
If needed i can post all necesary logs, but theyre from non-updated scanners.......
I have tried safe-mode with networking as well
Virus won't let me system restore as well


The major symptom Im experiencing is random letter'd .exe's appearing/disapearing rapidly in task manager...

Any help is much appreciated
