Vista Upkeep

Hello All,

I was wondering a few things on vista, so I thought I would ask for some advice.

I have to say I have been using Vista for about 2 months now and not having any problems at all gaming or video editing aside from some small issues here and there. So I am enjoying the upgrade.

I deal with a lot of very large files moving around/on and off my drives. I never used the default windows defrager in XP in favor of using Contig. With Vista what should I be using to defrag ?

Also any other advice on clean up or general upkeep to keep it running nicely ? Thanks.

I like the built in Defrag in Vista and to keep the computer cleaned up I use Ccleaner. It cleans up the temp files Etc.. and has a registry cleaner.
