VPN Cisco & WIn2K bug

It's my first post here so I quote curious problem!

I've got Win2k SP4 and Cisco VPN Client ver. 4.8. I'm trying to connect via LAn or Cable Modem, after connect - In two cases win gives me follows steps - Blue screen and restart, that that i can`t to see what kind of error is displayed. This bug follows in diferent moments, but only when I'm using IE or MS Outlook. There is no problem when I'm not using above-mentioned application!

Please help me if You can!!
