Wavy Monitor

Hi can someone help me with this. My Monitor is an e-machine 17f3 it just turned two years old last month. Yesterday the monitor started waving sort to speak but not all the time, when I go from changing pages sort to speak and it will wave for about under a minute or less. Can someone help me please.

It could be because of power ....if ur using any surge protector then disconnect it and connect directly to the wall outlet and check once.
