Weird Error When Trying To Open Nero?????

hey whats up guys i just signed up on the forum seen that alot of people seem to know there stuff im having a issue with nero alot of the features work but when i go to open nero burning rom i get this i attached a photo so itll be easier for you guys to see what im talking about any suggestions would be great im just trying to figure out what i can do thx

it seems like the same issue but what do i do to cure the problem? is there a way to expand ur VM ? like change the value? i kno were to change it but not sure if i should mess with the settings

i checked my memory its fine and uninstalled alot of programs and still comes up
