I've noticed this brown spot on my screen, at first I thought it was just some dirt or smudge so I just a wipe to clean a screen and it was still there. I don't think its a water because is in the middle of the screen and I've never dropped this laptop in water or anything.

Looks to be a slight scuff mark to me. I have seen marks like that on a few of my monitors.
can it be fixed?

If it doesn't clean off with soap or possibly alcohol, then it would not be an easy fix. Scuffs can be buffed out, but very difficult to do without friction burning the plastic. Buffing plastic is definitely not in my skill set. But it can be done.
