What else should I get??? Any ideas? I am only spending like $200-$300 on upgrades.

If you consider yourself as a gamer, you should first upgrade to 1GB of RAM and replace your Video Card with at least a 6600GT. but then, you'll have to upgrade your PSU to at least 400W decent PSU, to support the Video Card.

So...

Generic 1GB of RAM: ~$60-$90
GeForce 6600GT AGP: ~$140-$170
Decent 400W/450W PSU: ~$40-$80

Total Upgrade: $240-$340.

GOOD LUCK!!!

The first thing I would upgrade is the power supply. No-name generic PSUs are a big risk, being able to ruin your entire rig in case of a badly timed failure. (50-100$)
The second is the CPU, and probably the motherboard, but I don't know what kind of motherboard you have so I can't comment on that (?-? $).
Playing recent games requires a lot of RAM, so I'd replace the 384 megs with 1 gig of decent memory (~100$).
And last, but not least, I'd get a new video card, a 6600, or a 6600GT (100-150$).
