Why " and @ are switched in my windows 8?

Hi to all! I just want to ask how can I make the " and @ back to normal because it is switched in my laptop. I am new to windows 8 so I don't know how. Thanks

There is nothing wrong and the apparent anomaly reflects a slight difference in the keyboard layouts for US and UK English. You may be able to change the Windows version of English via Control Panel (if you can find it). I think it would be easier to live with the difference when using Windows 8. More important is that you should now be running Windows 8.1 and have updated it to the latest version of 8.1 update 1. You will find 8.1 ready to download in the Windows store for free. It's a massive download if you haven't already done this.
