CS:S had the same problem but it's mostly corrected.

Yeah, I recently noticed that the hitboxes in CSS are actually quite larger than I expected using a server-side command to show the hitboxes of the person shooting at you... simple console commands on your own server comes in handy sometimes.

Lol thats interesting actually Does CSS have this? If yes that explains a lot of weird things to me

Actually, edited, I meant to say that it was CSS. I do not know the command anymore, but you should jsut create a server using the in-game client, and type in random commands. If you type in the first letter, it will show all for that one, so just go through the ones that start with sv_ ... X_D
