I recently got a new wireless service and I used an extender to get better coverage in my room. Everyone’s personal devices work, however my PC is unable to load anything online even though it’s showing full bars and no errors.

From little information it could be various things.

I'd start with the basics.

Open CMD and issue a ping to 8.8.8.8 and paste the result.

Check that on your personal devices you arent being redirected to a portal to sign in. You may need to do the same on your PC.

Check if you are obtaining an IP address when connected to the network.

Are you sure the other personal devices are not connecting to the main network and not the extended wifi? It could be that the extended wifi is not functioning properly while the main one is. Considering most extenders run the same Wifi "name" the above could be the case without you noticing. Signal Strength can indicate this if you do not have access to the devices portal page.

Show us cmd---> ipconfig /all in a screenshot.
Tell us what wireless service you just got, if you have a cabel modem/router.
Behind your older router, yeah... the wireless service will be blocking your internet access.
Until you run the setup configuration provided by the isp, adjust any settings for the router alongside it.
