Will I have a problem with activation with xp pro upgrade

I have 2 offline computers (used for video editing) running w2k. Same w2k installation cd was used when building the boxes. I've upgraded one of the boxes to XP Pro and now would like to do the other. Before purchasing another upgrade, will I have trouble activating because I was bad when installing w2k or will I have to buy the full version of XP Pro?

To remain fully 'MS-Legal', it is enough to buy another XP-upgrade.
W2K has no registration hassles.

WXP requires a purchase for EACH computer it is installed on. If you upgrade, you must DELETE XP from the old computer and reinstall it on the new one. (same thing if you swap out motherboards.) You might have to call Microsoft to get a new code (the installation will tell you to call if you need to.)

W2K, if I remember correctly, has a license for 5 computers.
