Inactive Win64/Patched.B.gen trojan in services.exe

Hey I just started getting a lot of pop ups from ESET NOD32 about a virus I have. It can't remove the virus because it's in services.exe. Can someone please help me out with the removal of this.

Some more information, I have Windows 7 64 bit. I use Eset Nod32 antivirus and Malwarebytes anti-malware.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.
