Windows 10 Update won't on my PC

I have a very old laptop. HP NC6400 which I'm running Windows 7 on. The Windows 10 update says my ATI Mobility Radeon 1300 is not supported. Am I finally totally out of luck? I thought I read something about Legacy drivers working.

Not every computer will be compatible with every version of Windows. It is also not reasonable to expect it either...

Before installing windows 10 you need to check your hardware configuration if they don;t allow to update windows 10 its bad luck for you. you can read more about windows 10 requirement here http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-10-specifications#sysreqs

I've been running Windows 10 builds on a rather strong desktop computer for about 3 months now, and I know Windows 10 is fast and more streamlined than any other Windows to date. I didn't like Windows 8.1 and I only use it on my wife's laptop... soon to be upgraded to Windows 10 Pro. The only issue I have right now has to do with DVD playing, detecting and with DVD burning. If the computer can't see the DVD drives, you can't use them. The DVD drives work perfectly in Windows 7. I have a multi-boot Windows 7 Pro, Windows 10 Enterprise eval and Windows 10 Pro setup...
