Hi , i run windows 7 pro ,when i run movies it staggers can somebody tell me why,and what codec to use, or where do i find drivers to fix this problem

What kind of movies? Which video player and codec are you using? What are your system specs?

K-lite Codecs are pretty good, cover quite a lot.

probably codec. I use "windows player codec pack" but I love using VLC as media player.
