Windows 7 RC 64 bit

Hi, i have put windows 7 Rc onto my computer,it is running fine and seems to be as good as XP if not better,the problem is when i look how much space is used on my harddrive its amount is 17GB and thats even after deleting the windows old folder,Originally i had windows xp 32 bit installed.Surely there must be some thing there not really needed.Regards Martin.

There are probably a great many things you can do to tune it up. We will all find out in time. The RC might also contain a great deal of hidden debugging code that will not be there in the final version.

Hi, Tested it on pc pitstop one problem found was the memory isnt working at full capacity test result was 5386 mbs normal 8564 mbs.My previous windows xp was the normal figure,i have 4 Gb installed.Also did a health check says no drivers installed for coprocessor,whatever that is.regards Martin.
